A bit about this and that..

The name "FreeLanZer" is my online nickname which I use for gaming and when distributing graphical artwork. My real name is Jacob Østergaard.

I was born in December 1986 in the city Holstebro in Denmark. I've lived there since I was born.

I've worked with smaller game development since 1997 and have specialised myself at graphical design since1998 by taking courses, tutorials and watching training videos but mainly by trial and error.

I have an HTX exam which I took at "Holstebro Tekniske Gymnasium" after that I will take a year as soldier at Jydske Dragon Regiment in Holstebro and later an education as "Multimedia Designer", which I thereafter can use to find a job. At the moment I have already started a small non-profit game project where I've gathered a skilled team for the purpose of giving the player a very unique experience. The development team working on that project have been named Nightbird Games. The sita Yaa.dk (http://yaa.dk/), which you also will find under the projects tab, is my first website which I tend to use for personal announcements, random news and testing ground. It has a forum and a massive amount of subdomains, it's also the server I use for my game projects.

I'll try to upload various artwork at the graphics tab whenever I have the time to either create some new pieces or maintain this site.
